AMX is Australia’s largest motorcycle accessories retailer with 47+ stores nationwide, open 7 days a week, and online. We are seeking a motivated Casual Sales Assistant to join our Warwick store, ideal for motorcycle enthusiasts who enjoy a fast-paced customer service role.

The successful candidate will work flexible hours across the week, including weekends. A passion for motorcycles, safety focus, and a team‑oriented attitude are essential to helping drive sales and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Motorcycle enthusiasts with some retail experience.
• Able to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends.
• Physically capable; lifting, bending and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior, up-to-date information on products and services to customers.
• Contribute to the sales and KPI’s of the store.
• Maintain shop presentation and ensure shelving is stocked.
• Show enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Demonstrate safety focus for your safety, teammates and customers.
• Clean and maintain showroom standards.
• Be a team player and reliable for shifts.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and peers.

Sales Assistant

AMX is the largest Australian Motorcycle Accessories retailer, open 7 days a week, with 47+ store locations nationally and online.

We are looking for our next Sales Assistant. This position is most suitable for a motivated and committed Casual Sales Assistant who lives and breathes motorcycles to join our store.

The successful candidate will be required be available to work flexible hours throughout the week, including weekends. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the needs of the business.

About the role:

To be a successful Sales Assistant, you will:

• Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
• Contribute to the sales and KPI’s of the store
• Be a team player
• Demonstrate enthusiasm & commitment to customer service excellence
• Provide superior, up-to-date information on products & services to customers
• Maintain shop presentation & ensure shelving is stocked
• Clean & maintain showroom standards
• Show commitment & reliability to shifts
• Have a passion/interest in motorcycles

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.

About you:

You love to keep active at work and can prioritise effectively. You’re a motorcycle enthusiast with some existing retail work experience. You enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and peers, and you consider yourself to be fun and enthusiastic.

Availability across a 7-day roster is also an advantage.
