Job summary

National Tiles in Biggera Waters is seeking a part-time sales assistant with a flair for design to help customers choose flooring solutions and create renders using our design program. You will help visualise spaces, prepare quotes, and support customers throughout their visit.

Join a friendly, energetic team where on-the-job training leads to growth opportunities. Shifts include Mon/Fri/Sat with a competitive hourly rate and a collaborative showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Take customers through the product range and provide expert advice.
• Upload customer plans and create renders to visualise spaces.

We have an incredible opportunity to join our Biggera Watersstore. You will offer flooring solutions and expert advice to your customers, ensuring their experience is second to none.

This is a great opportunity for those who have studied design or are passionate about interior architecture. Upload our customer floor plans and display renders to help our customer visualise their future homes and projects.

The role

• Take our customers through our stunning range of products and offer expert advice
• Use our design program to upload customer plans and create stunning renders to help visualise their spaces
• Create customer quotes and follow up after their visit
• Stay up to date with the latest products and trends through training and resources
• Update ticketing and Visual Merchandise in line with planograms
• Go above and beyond, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and recommendations
• Work collaboratively within a friendly and dynamic team
• Maintain high showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy
• Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S policies and procedures
