ROLE OVERVIEW
  • Developing and executing a targeted sales strategy to grow Ritek's footprint in the residential sectors
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities with builders, developers, architects and engineers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry decision‑makers
  • Consulting with clients to provide tailored formwork solutions, ensuring they align with project‑specific technical and structural needs
  • Offering expert knowledge on Ritek's formwork systems and how they integrate into modern construction practices
  • Managing project lifecycles from concept through to delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction
IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role within the construction, formwork, or building systems industries
  • A minimum of 2‑3 years of senior sales or business development experience in construction, formwork, or building systems industries
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business, especially with high‑value commercial clients
  • A self‑motivated, solutions‑driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of managing long sales cycles
  • A well‑established network of builders, engineers, architects, and developers is highly regarded
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
