About the Role

We’re seeking a Safety Specialist to join our team, with a focus on both site partnering and HSE management systems.

This role will be primarily based at our mixing site in Wetherill Park with flexible working arrangements available.

Responsibilities
  • Optimising existing HSE management systems, including INX, SPHERA, CoreSafe, and Safety Culture.
  • Partnering with site leaders at Wetherill Park to embed a strong safety culture, through compliance, audits, investigations and training facilitation.
  • Validating and reporting HSE data. Drawing insights and maintaining tracking for safety initiatives.
  • Manage safety alerts, onboarding, and access / deactivation of compliance databases.
About You

The suitable candidate will possess:

  • Experience in HSE and safety systems (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
  • A tertiary qualification in WHS / HR or Environmental Management or relevant experience (required)
  • Strong systems and data skills (Excel, databases)
  • Confident communicator and coach, able to engage with leaders and teams.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving.
