Kmart is seeking a Safety Manager for our Omnichannel Fulfilment Centre in Moorebank, NSW. The role leads safety strategy across a highly automated operation, embedding safety into launch and ongoing site performance, reporting to the OFC Manager.
The successful candidate will hold a WHS qualification, have experience in warehousing/automation environments, and drive a proactive safety culture with strong stakeholder engagement.

We're building one of the most significant fulfilment operations in the country and are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to help shape it from day one.
Based at our new automated Omnichannel Fulfilment Centre (OFC) in Moorebank, this is a rare opportunity to establish the safety foundations, systems and culture for a highly automated, state-of-the art showcase greenfield operation that will be one of the largest of its kind.
Working closely with site leadership and the broader Safety team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring safety is embedded into every aspect of the site's launch and ongoing success.
This is a fixed term contract until June 2028.

Reporting to the OFC Manager, you'll lead the implementation of the site's safety strategy and drive a culture where safety is owned by everyone.
