Are you passionate about driving digital adoption and optimising workplace safety and employee relations systems?
As the Safety & ER Systems Product Owner, you will oversee the success and adoption of Anglicare’s workplace health & safety and employment case management solutions. You will apply strong consulting skills to understand business needs, map current and future workflows, advise on best practice processes, and guide stakeholders through change.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage system enhancements, and ensure robust governance and reporting. This role is pivotal in delivering a proactive, user-centric approach to system optimisation and analytics. collaborate closely with Safety & ER leaders, HR, IT and frontline teams to deliver systems that are intuitive, human-centred, compliant, and enable high‑quality case handling and reporting.
You are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with deep knowledge of Safety & ER case management systems. You bring strong consulting, facilitation and communication skills and can , analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across complex environments.
