Holcim Australia is seeking a dedicated Agitator Driver for a full-time, permanent role based at Teralba NSW. You will safely operate an agitator truck, deliver premixed concrete, and perform routine inspections to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety laws and company procedures, assisting with maintenance, and ensuring accurate load specifications. Strong safety and communication skills required; weekend/overtime flexibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Interest or experience in agitator/ready-mix operations preferred.
• Strong safety focus and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basics of vehicle maintenance and routine checks.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and handling demanding shifts.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate an agitator truck to deliver premixed concrete.
• Inspect and maintain the mixer for safety and quality.
• Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Follow company policies and driver instructions.
• Assist with routine maintenance and daily checks.
• Conduct mixer inspections and monitor concrete slump against specs.
