We're seeking a dedicated and hands‑on HR Professional / Safety Advisor to play a key role in supporting our team across both human resources and workplace health & safety functions. This is a dynamic, people‑focused role where you'll be the go‑to for staff and leaders, ensuring smooth HR processes and a safe, compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries
  • Provide advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections, ensure the team have been fully inducted and fully compliant
  • Maintain accurate HR and safety records
  • Support injury management, RTW coordination
