Job summary

HSI is seeking a Technical Content Specialist to create, maintain and optimize customer-facing content for our SaaS products. You will transform complex product functionality into clear docs, knowledge base articles and learning resources to help customers adopt features through self-service.

You will lead administration of our Digital Adoption Platform, designing guided walkthroughs and in-app guidance that drive user engagement and feature adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical writing or related field in SaaS/tech.
Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear docs.
Experience editing content from multiple authors to standards.
Experience maintaining customer-facing knowledge bases and docs platforms.
Familiarity with brand and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain product documentation, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
Design guided walkthroughs, tooltips, and in-app guidance for DAP.
Develop AI-ready content for self-service and AI assistants.
Collaborate with Product, CS, Support and Engineering to ensure consistency.
