Job summary

Caswell Drilling is seeking an experienced S26 Supervisor to lead drilling crews on-site across WA. You will ensure safety, meet client expectations, and keep programs on time and in plan. This role requires current S26 accreditation, HR licence, and proven supervision in RC or water well drilling.

On-site supervision with a FIFO roster from Perth, competitive salary plus super, and on-site accommodation and meals are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current S26 accreditation (must have).
• Proven supervisor or senior driller experience in RC and/or water well drilling.
• HR licence required.
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RC and/or water well drilling across multiple rigs.
• Act as S26 Statutory Supervisor and meet site and legislative requirements.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections, and safety paperwork (JHAs).
• Liaise with client reps, geologists and hydrogeologists.
• Train and mentor drillers and offsiders.
• Plan rig moves, mobilisations and consumable orders.
• Prepare daily plods and reporting.
