Job summary

Queensland Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join Ingham Health Service in a permanent part-time role, 64 hours per fortnight. You will provide direct nursing care, apply clinical skills, and support patients and staff across the Ingham Health Service.

The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing, extensive Emergency Department experience, and an Annual Life Support competency. On-call roster participation and a Class C license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification mandatory.
• Extensive Emergency Department experience desirable.
• Adult Life Support certificate required and annual competency maintained.
• Shift work across unit roster incl. on-call.
• Class C driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care utilising clinical skills, education and support to patients and nursing staff.
• Ensure provision of best practice and quality patient care within Ingham Health Service.
• Work as part of a highly skilled team in a permanent part-time role (64 hours per fortnight).
