You will lead a dedicated workforce, drive high-quality care, and support development of our services under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, coordinating services or mentoring staff.
• Confident handling difficult conversations and addressing performance concerns.

• Delivers high-quality, person-centred care with professional judgement.
• Nurse Unit Manager experience desirable but not essential.
