Job summary

Ochre Health Ltd seeks an experienced Fellowed GP / Rural Generalist to join our team in Walgett, NSW. The role blends general practice, hospital VMO work and emergency medicine with the flexibility of FIFO rotations.

You’ll work with supportive nurses and admin staff, sharing a 1:2 hospital on-call roster and benefiting from multiple rural incentives and a busy clinic environment. A FRACGP or FACRRM is required.

Qualifications

• Fellowed GP with FRACGP or FACRRM is required.
• Recent ED and/or hospital VMO experience is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in FIFO arrangements and rural generalist duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP care, hospital VMO duties and emergency medicine.
• Collaborate with nurses and admin staff to deliver patient care.
• Participate in shared on-call roster and varied clinical duties.
