Job summary

Gold Coast Titans are seeking a passionate Pathways Coach to shape rugby league talent across junior, school and representative competitions. You will deliver high-quality coaching and player development while supporting coaches with consistent standards and a strong development pathway.

You will attend competitions, prepare player assessments, and build relationships with players, families, schools and community clubs across the Gold Coast and wider Queensland.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and deliver structured coaching sessions for junior players.
• Strong talent identification and player development focus.
• Experience mentoring or educating junior coaches and volunteers.
• Excellent written communication for player assessments and reports.
• Strong relationship-building with players, families, schools and clubs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver coaching sessions and talent development focused on junior levels.
• Identify emerging talent across catchment areas and coordinate with schools and clubs.
• Provide feedback and development plans to players and coaches.
• Support coach education programs and clinics.
• Attend competitions and camps to assess players and recruit.

Education

Youth Development Coach accreditation or higher

Level 1 Sports Trainer accreditation

Blue Card/WWCC (Queensland Blue Card & NSW Working with Children Check)
