Job summary

Kennards Self Storage is seeking a Team Support Manager who will roam between Melbourne-area centres, delivering hands-on supervision and coverage across VIC locations.

You’ll lead with a customer-first approach, support the broader VIC team, and help centres run smoothly while maintaining our high standards of service and facility presentation.

In this role you’ll build relationships with customers and staff, travel daily, and contribute to a positive culture that rewards initiative and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work autonomously with coaching and guidance.
• Comfort with travel across multiple locations in VIC.

Responsibilities

• Travel between VIC locations to support centres daily.
• Roaming relief manager duties to ensure centre coverage.
• Assist customers with storage and packaging solutions.
• Maintain facilities to a high standard.
• Collaborate with Centre Managers and Assist Managers on daily operations.
• Meet and connect with customers across Melbourne.
• Create a positive and enjoyable customer and team experience.
