St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is inviting applications for a permanent full-time Physiotherapist Grade 2 – Rotational Musculoskeletal. Based at the Fitzroy campus, you will rotate every six months between inpatient and outpatient musculoskeletal services, while contributing to student education and supervising junior staff.

The role requires registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) and has postgraduate musculoskeletal qualifications highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Postgraduate qualifications in musculoskeletal physiotherapy or related field highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management for musculoskeletal inpatients and outpatients.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Communicate assessment findings and treatment outcomes with multidisciplinary teams through documentation and handover.
• Supervise and support undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy students, Grade 1 physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, service development and evidence-based practice.
