Job summary

Grampians Health in Ballarat, Victoria, invites applications for unit-based Clinical Pharmacist Rotational positions at Grade 1 and Grade 2 levels. The role offers rotations through dispensing, compounding and BRICC, with credentials for PPMP and advanced practice development.

Candidates with general Pharmacist registration (AHPRA) and hospital clinical pharmacy experience are preferred; multiple fixed and permanent full- or part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Currently hold, or be eligible for, general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation)
• Promoting and supporting effective patient flow
• Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents and other Grampians Health staff
• Active contribution to Pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings
