Wood is seeking a Consultant in Rotating Equipment Reliability to join our Perth team. You will resolve vibration-related causes in rotating machinery, providing engineering solutions to improve asset integrity and performance while supporting business growth in Western Australia.

You will apply vibration analysis, predictive maintenance and data analytics to drive proactive service delivery, with hybrid/remotework options where appropriate for client engagement.

Formación

• Hold a degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Ideally 4–8 years practical experience with rotating equipment.
• Experience with predictive maintenance strategies, vibration analysis, lubrication, alignment and balancing.
• Able to deliver digital and technology projects, including sensorisation and AI applications.
• Client-focused with ability to build robust collaborative relationships.
• Experience in a consulting environment or customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed analysis of turbo-machinery and balance of plant data using portable and online systems.
• Assist with investigations, providing technical input for equipment failures and troubleshooting, alignments, balancing, ODS and RCA.
• Develop and maintain client relationships while delivering proactive solutions to client problems.
• Demonstrate value delivery across early detection, maintenance optimisation and deferments in rotating equipment.
• Drive and implement new technologies relating to vibration sensors and AI diagnostics.
