Qualifications

• Understanding of SCHADS Award and rostering principles.
• Experience rostering in disability, aged care, or community services.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules to ensure delivery of person-centered, high-quality supports to participants.
• Interpret SCHADS Award and other instruments to ensure compliant rostering and cost management.
• Consult with staff and managers to support effective rostering outcomes and workforce engagement.
• Effectively manage time and priorities to meet deliverables within timeframes.
• Develop staff schedules that support meaningful staff engagement and employment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure services meet participant needs.
