You will collaborate with managers and staff, contribute to system improvements, and provide broad HR-administration support to ensure smooth operations. A permanent full-time position in Victoria, Australia awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering and/or payroll, preferably in a large healthcare environment.
• Strong computer literacy with accuracy in payroll and rostering data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain accurate team rosters with shifts coverage.
• Support fortnightly payroll processing and data validation.
• Provide administrative support across Environmental Services and rostering functions.
