Job summary

Brightwater is seeking a proactive Rostering Officer to support Disability Services, including Acquired Brain Injury sites. You will coordinate staff rosters to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care for clients with complex needs, working within a centralised rostering team.

This fixed-term, 12-month role is part-time, totaling 76 hours per fortnight. It requires rostering experience, an understanding of disability services or NDIS, and a current WA driver’s license, police clearance,

Qualifications

  • Experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination.
  • Understanding of disability services or NDIS (highly regarded).
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Confidence using rostering systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible, team-focused and customer-centric approach.
  • A valid WA driver’s licence.
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
  • A current NDIS clearance.
