Job description

The Rostering Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of aged care services across the Intereach footprint.

This role plays a critical part in enabling safe high-quality and person-centered care by developing and maintaining rosters that balance the needs and preferences of participants with the availability and wellbeing of staff.

In this rewarding role you will:

  • Maintain the rostering system to ensure efficient compliant and person-centered scheduling of services
  • Ensure that all scheduling practices comply with the requirements of the Aged Care Act 2024 Aged Care Quality Standards and the SCHADS Award 2010.
  • Maintain a positive organisational culture by demonstrating and promoting the qualities and behaviours of the Intereach Fundamentals across all aspects of the organisation

This is a permanent full-time role based out of any of our offices.

This position has been classified under the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Award as Level 3 with a starting annual salary of $76372 Superannuation Salary Packaging.
