The Benevolent Society is seeking a motivated Roster Officer to coordinate and schedule staff and agency workers for the Carer Gateway program. You will ensure services are tailored to each client’s needs and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality support.

Based in Sydney (CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs), this full-time role offers hybrid work options, a contract until 30 June 2027 with potential permanency, and salary of AUD 76,400–82,000 plus super
