Youth Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Glenmore Park seeks a passionate Room Leader to oversee the daily operations of your room and continue delivering high-quality education and care to children.

You will mentor educators, coordinate routines, work with the Educational Leader and Centre Leadership Team to deliver engaging programs, and foster a safe, inclusive environment for children and staff.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and support a team.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and relevant regulations.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Strong communication, organisation and documentation skills.
• Commitment to child safety and continuous improvement.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our Glenmore Park Village team.

About the Role

As a Room Leader, you will lead the day-to-day operation of your room while continuing to provide high-quality education and care. You will mentor and support your team, coordinate room routines and work closely with the Educational Leader and Centre Leadership Team to deliver engaging learning experiences for children.

You will play an important role in creating a positive, collaborative and child-safe environment where children and educators can thrive.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).
