Silk Hospitality is building a brand-new housekeeping team in Cockburn and is seeking reliable people with a pride in presenting clean, welcoming spaces. Roles include Room Attendants, Housepersons and Public Area Cleaners, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
• A professional and guest-focused approach.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Current Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting guest rooms to a consistently high standard.
• Making beds, changing linen and replenishing guest amenities.
• Keeping public areas, corridors, lifts and shared spaces clean and guest-ready.
• Assisting Room Attendants with linen, stock and room servicing.
• Responding promptly and professionally to housekeeping requests.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Completing allocated duties efficiently within hotel timeframes.
