Responsibilities

• Delivering beautifully presented guest rooms to luxury hotel standards.
• Making beds, changing linen, and replenishing guest amenities with care and efficiency.
• Maintaining spotless public areas, lobbies, corridors, and lifts to be welcoming and guest-ready.
• Supporting Room Attendants with linen movement, stock delivery, and room servicing.
• Responding quickly and professionally to housekeeping requests.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation across all areas.
• Working efficiently to complete assigned tasks within hotel timeframes.

Silk Hospitality is recruiting Room Attendants to join the housekeeping team at Hilton Sydney CBD, one of Sydney’s most iconic 5-star hotels.

Whether you are an experienced hotel professional or looking to begin your hospitality career, we would love to hear from you. We provide training and support for motivated individuals who have the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing Depending on your role, your day may include:

• Delivering beautifully presented guest rooms to luxury hotel standards
• Making beds, changing linen, and replenishing guest amenities with care and efficiency
• Maintaining spotless public areas, lobbies, corridors, and lifts to ensure they are welcoming and guest-ready
• Supporting Room Attendants with linen movement, stock delivery, and room servicing
