Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Port Macquarie is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold exceptional cleanliness, hygiene and guest comfort in our guest accommodations. You will be part of the housekeeping team delivering consistency in service and comfort.

You will rotate shifts including weekends and public holidays, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain high cleaning standards across rooms and common areas to ensure guests have a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• High cleaning standards with a good eye for detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation.
• Carry out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department.
