Job summary

Port Douglas resort requires a Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest rooms. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks and ensure a welcoming, comfortable stay for all guests.

We value a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays, attention to detail and strong customer service. Prior housekeeping experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work within a flexible, rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Motivated, with a good eye for detail and high cleaning standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation.
• Carry out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department.
