Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified roofers with installation, repair, and maintenance of roof systems.
• Learn safe work practices and use safety equipment and fall protection.
• Prepare roofing materials, tools and equipment.
• Carry out basic roofing tasks under supervision (measuring, cutting, fitting).
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of roofing sites; keep areas tidy.
• Attend and complete training modules as part of the apprenticeship.
• Develop knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and standards.
• Support the team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
