Job summary

Select Roofing & Guttering (SFG) is a Tasmanian roofing and home improvements manufacturer. Acquired by Stratco in 2021, their extensive range of products includes roofing, rainwater products, patio systems, and an innovative range of fascia designs that are custom made in Hobart.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to growth, the business is looking to recruit an enthusiastic 1st-3rd year apprentice. The successful applicant would complete a Certificate 3 in Roof Plumbing employed under the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award.

Your role

Working alongside a team that will mentor and develop your skills, you will be given opportunity to refine your apprenticeship and conduct:

• Installation of roofing and rainwater products to Australian standards


• Site measurements and Interpretation of drawings


• Product & Installation Training


• Onsite and Tafe training


• Adherence to Safety policies and procedures
