Job summary

A&H Luke PTY Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a well-presented, customer service oriented technician to operate our specialised wet/dry vacuum equipment for gutter cleaning on all types of properties.

You will work in a small team environment and, for smaller domestic jobs, may operate independently. Roles cover domestic and commercial customers around Sunbury, Moonevalley, Seymour and Kyneton while requiring clear on-site communication and safety at heights.

Qualifications

• Full manual driver’s licence required.
• National police check (≤12 months).
• Working with children check (if applicable).
• Construction Induction card/White Card.
• Work at Heights certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Operate wet/dry vacuum equipment to clean gutters.
• Serve both domestic and commercial customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers on site.
• Work at heights on ladders and roofs.
• Possibly perform smaller jobs independently.

Job description

We are looking for a well presented, customer service orientated technician for our vacuum gutter cleaning business. The day to day work of this role is to operate our specialised wet/dry vacuum equipment to clean gutters of all types. You will be working in a small team environment and in some cases (eg. small domestic jobs), you will be working on your own. We work with both domestic and commercial customers, working in and around Sunbury and Moonevalley areas and as far as Seymour and Kyneton.

Communicate clearly and politely to customers when on site

Work at heights, up and down ladders and on roofs

Work in a small team environment and independently on smaller jobs

About you

Comfortable working at heights

Reasonably fit, as this can be a physically demanding role

Reliable and self-motivated

Full manual driver's licence (must have)

Must have or be able to obtain: National police check (if you hold already, must be no more than 12 months old), Working with children check, Construction Induction card

Must have or be able to obtain Work at Heights certificate (training and RTO course will be provided if you do not already hold this)

EWP licence is advantageous but not required
