Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Robotics Product Specialist for the Sunshine Coast region, covering the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. You will work in hybrid settings, travel regularly to hospitals and operating theatres, and contribute to surgical robotics initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteo, Podiatry, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing experience.
  • Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-theatre technical and clinical support during knee and hip procedures, enabling safe use of robotic technology.
  • Deliver pre-operative case planning by segmenting and analysing CT data using specialised software.
  • Act as primary point of contact for surgeons and theatre staff during procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and product utilisation.
  • Support procedures day to day, maintaining readiness in high-pressure clinical environments.
  • Train healthcare professionals on product use and surgical applications through on-site education sessions.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and system data to support compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align case coverage, inventory, and scheduling requirements.
  • Monitor product usage and provide feedback to support product development and customer outcomes.
