Job summary

Stryker in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to support knee and hip robotic procedures in theatre. You will provide hands-on clinical and technical support, participate in pre-operative planning, and train staff on robotics workflows to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role covers Sydney and surrounding areas with regular hospital theatre presence, travel as needed, and ongoing training within a global medical technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteo, Podiatry, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing experience.
• Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-theatre technical and clinical support during knee and hip procedures.
• Deliver pre-operative case planning by segmenting and analysing CT data using specialised software.
• Act as the primary point of contact for surgeons and theatre staff during procedures to ensure workflow and product utilisation.
• Support procedures day to day, maintaining readiness in high-pressure clinical environments.
• Train healthcare professionals on product use and surgical applications on-site.
