Job description

We are seeking Road Workers to join the team in Coffs Harbour to commence in February 2026. This role involves working on and around road and highway infrastructure projects, supporting construction and traffic control activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Working Arrangements

• 9-day fortnight
• 76 hours per fortnight
• No living away from home required

Mandatory Licences & Tickets

• Construction White Card
• Workers on Foot ticket (or willing to obtain)
• Implement Traffic Control Plans ticket
• Current Driver’s Licence

Highly regarded Licences & Tickets

• Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan ticket
• MR Truck Licence

Preferred experience include

• Construction industry work
• Working on or adjacent to highways
• Traffic control in a highway environment
