Job summary

Specialised Pavement Services Pty is seeking Sweeper Operators with MR/HR licences to service Sydney and surrounding regions, based from our Seven Hills depot. You will sweep road networks for local/state governments and private clients, while maintaining safety and vehicle standards.

The role requires a clean medical and good fitness level to repeatedly alight from the vehicle. Some manual work and industry card (Work Cover) may be required, with training offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• MR/HR truck licence is required or the candidate will obtain one.
• Experience with road sweeping equipment is advantageous but training is provided.
• Must pass full medical check and be fit to alight from the vehicle multiple times daily.

Responsibilities

• Sweep maintenance of specified road networks, commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Perform daily vehicle checks in line with National Heavy Vehicle Laws and company regulations.
• Operate HINO trucks and MacDonald Johnson road sweepers.
• Assist with light manual labour (leaf blower, rake, shovel) as needed.
