Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a part-time School Crossing Supervisor for Ultimo Public School. You will supervise crossings during peak times, helping keep kids safe, and engage with the local school community in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
• All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital.

Responsibilities

• Supervise school crossings during the designated hours (8:30AM–9:30AM and 2:30PM–3:30PM, Monday to Friday).
• Promote safety and build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers and motorists.
• Be alert to potential dangers and communicate effectively with the school community.
