Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking a Merchandiser to represent our brands in-store across the Western Suburbs of Adelaide. This role involves road-based merchandising, building displays and securing retail space while delivering standout in-store execution.

You’ll work with store managers, follow a weekly plan, and have the option for extra hours during busy periods. A valid driver’s licence and local-area residency are essential to succeed on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Have a valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
• A hands-on approach - you're comfortable lifting, moving and building displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document your work and capture display highlights.
• Live within the local area and enjoy working independently on the road.
• Be organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver strong results.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road and represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
• Bring our brands to life by building displays, securing space and driving standout in-store execution.
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with the opportunity for extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of your day, backed by support from your Territory Sales Manager.
