Job summary

NQ Staff Services is seeking experienced Labourers in Mareeba for an immediate start. You will join the road construction crew, assisting with pipe laying, pothole patching and general road maintenance.

Candidates should be reliable, physically fit and able to work in a team or unsupervised. A White Card, current C Class Driver's Licence and reliable transport are required; permanent residents of Australia only.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team or at times unsupervised.
• Must be reliable and fit.
• White Card (Construction)
• Must have a current "C" Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport to get to and from work
• Permanent residents of Australia only
• Previous road construction experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist with pipe laying and pothole patching.
• Install road furniture and clean inlets/outlets of pipes.
• Perform general road maintenance as directed by supervisors.
