Job summary

Doctors and Co. in New South Wales is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join Silverdale Family Doctors.

You will work with physicians and staff to deliver comprehensive care, take vital signs, document health history, administer medications, and guide patients on home care. The ideal candidate holds current AHPRA registration, excels in communication and teamwork, and brings experience in a General Practice setting.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and eligibility to practice as an RN.
• Experience in a General Practice setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while delivering patient care.
• Familiarity with care plans and health assessments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and evaluate patient symptoms.
• Document health history and administer medications.
• Explain procedures and provide home-care guidance.
• Support telehealth and in-person consultations.
• Assist with care plans, health summaries, and clinical documentation.
