Grampians Health invites dedicated Registered Nurses to embark on a transformative Postgraduate Program in Critical Care Emergency at the Horsham campus. The 52-week clinical employment runs 48–64 hours per fortnight, with start anticipated in February 2027.

Qualifications

• Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practising Certificate.
• Demonstrated organisational skills particularly with respect to time management.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute and practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Practices independently and interdependently assuming accountability and responsibility for their own actions and the delegation of care to other healthcare workers as required.
• Contributes to quality healthcare through personal and professional development, research data, clinical supervision and development of policy and clinical practice guidelines.
• Develops professional practice in accordance with the health needs of the population and changing patterns of disease and illness.
• Be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal healthcare outcomes.
