Job summary

Respect Group Limited in Macksville is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, person-centred clinical care to our residents within your scope of practice and in alignment with AHPRA requirements.

Working with the Care Manager and wider team, you will help residents achieve the best possible quality of life through high-quality clinical care and meaningful engagement with families.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of aged care standards and requirements.
• Understanding of the aged care accreditation process.
• Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive resident assessments and participate in admissions.
• Develop, implement and review resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality clinical documentation.
• Provide direct clinical care and support residents with their individual care needs.
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with residents, families, GPs and the wider care team.
