Job summary

Australian Securities Exchange in Sydney is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager on a max-term contract of up to 18 months. You will lead risk and compliance uplift efforts within the Risk Transformation Program, engaging stakeholders and delivering artefacts and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a subject matter specialist across operational risk and compliance domains.
• Experience within risk and compliance transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pieces of work across multiple initiatives and streams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with risk and control frameworks, and experience within regulated environments.
• Risk and/or Compliance consulting experience (nice to have).

About the Role:

The Risk Transformation Program represents a large and structurally significant undertaking for ASX, laying the foundations for a risk mature, resilient and secure organisation.

In this 12 Month Max Term Contract role, you will act as a subject matter expert and support the delivery of key risk and compliance artefacts and initiatives as part of the Risk Transformation Program.

Delivery will require extensive consultation with business stakeholders, and activities will be performed under the direction of Workstream leads.
