A community-based organization seeks a Risk & Compliance Manager to lead risk frameworks and compliance initiatives. As Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding these values. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing our risk management and compliance frameworks, ensuring robust governance and quality management and helping to embed a risk-aware culture throughout the organisation. Reporting directly to the General Counsel & Head of Corporate Operations, you will provide expert advice on risk and compliance matters to senior leadership and the Board’s Finance, Risk & Audit Committee.
This position will have the opportunity to shape the Risk and Compliance function through the vision set by the General Counsel in achieving best practice compliance and risk management.
