Job summary

Hobsons Bay City Council seeks a Risk Advisor to identify, manage, and monitor risks across the organisation. You will guide risk management, internal audit and assurance activities, strengthening governance and informed decision-making while promoting a proactive risk culture.

• Strong organisational skills, initiative and ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.

• Salary: Band 6 $95,147.56 - $105,035.66 + superannuation

The opportunity

As a Risk Advisor, you’ll play an important role in helping Council effectively identify, manage and monitor risks across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll provide expert guidance on risk management, internal audit and assurance activities, helping to strengthen governance, compliance and informed decision-making while fostering a proactive risk culture.
