Torquay Outlet invites applications for a part-time Stock Controller to help manage store inventory and support the store team at the Torquay location.

You will oversee stock deliveries, accurate stock levels, stocktakes preparation, and keep backrooms organised while delivering high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage consolidations, recalls and stock deliveries.
• Control inventory inbound and outbound from the store.
• Replenish stock and ensure accurate shelf levels on the shop floor.
• Manage stock holding locations such as backrooms and cabinets.
• Organise the store and stock for stock takes.
• Lead and administer stock team activities.
• Meet targets and KPIs.
• Foster high standards of customer service.

About the Role...
We are seeking a part time Stock Controller to join our team at Torquay Outlet (Baines). The responsibilities of this role include:

• Management of consolidations, recalls, stock deliveries
• Management of inventory both inbound and outbound from store
• Stock replenishment and ensuring accurate stock levels on shop floor
• Management of stock holding locations such as backrooms, cabinets etc
• Organising the store and stock in preparation for stock takes
• Team leadership, management and administration
• Meeting targets and KPI's
• Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service

About You...
To be successful in this role you will need to have worked in a retail environment, particularly as a retail sales assistant but want to move your career into stock control. You will demonstrate your amazing multi-tasking skills with ability to problem solve on the run. You will be highly driven, with a high attention to detail and have the confidence to be fully accountable for the store
