Job summary

Department of Health in Darwin seeks a Rights of the Terminally Ill Data and Digital System Lead to drive the data and digital systems workstream for the rights act implementation across the Northern Territory. You will provide strategic leadership for governance, design and information management frameworks to support safe, compliant service delivery.

The role collaborates with NT Health and other stakeholders to ensure digital solutions meet legislative requirements and clinical governance,

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital solutions support legislative requirements, clinical governance, operational delivery, monitoring and evaluation.

Primary Objective:

Lead the Data and Digital Systems workstream for implementation of the Rights of the Terminally Ill Act in the Northern Territory. Provide strategic leadership for the design, governance, implementation and continual improvement of digital systems, data architecture, reporting and information management frameworks that support safe, compliant and culturally responsive delivery of Rights of the Terminally Ill services. Work collaboratively with the Department of Corporate and Digital Development, the Office of the Chief Clinical Information Officer, NT Health and stakeholders to ensure digital solutions support legislative requirements, clinical governance, operational delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
