Job summary

Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. in Austin seeks a detail-oriented records and data analyst to support eminent domain projects in the Austin area.

You will collect data and documents, perform standard analysis, prepare reports and visual aids, and ensure QA/QC of parcel documents.

You will assist with scheduling proceedings, attend meetings to take notes, and manage billing, invoices, and document packaging while keeping meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Notary Public preferred
• Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
