Job summary

TikTok LIVE Team is seeking interns to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced livestream and creator economy environment. You will work on real-world challenges, participate in social events and development workshops, and contribute to data-driven product decisions.

Applicants should be completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, commit to six months, and be available for on-site work three days per week; rolling applications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any major, currently pursuing or recently completed.
• Willingness to commit 6 months with at least 3 days on-site per week.
• Strong organizational abilities with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive communicator with willingness to support others.
• Attention to detail and reliable task execution.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with global content trends and user behavior differences to support product strategy.
• Assist in developing and refining data monitoring systems; participate in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis.
