What You’ll Do:

• Support the Lead Architect/Design Manager: Assist in delivering high‑quality architectural solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure QA models meet the highest standards.
• Drafting Excellence: Create detailed drawings using Kapitol’s high standards.
• Complex Modelling: Resolve intricate design issues through advanced modelling techniques.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with architects, engineers, and construction teams to align designs with project goals.

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to industry standards and Kapitol's quality benchmarks.

• Ad‑Hoc Deliverables: Prepare packages such as protection works diagrams and site compound layouts.

Who You Are:

• Revit Expert: Strong proficiency in Revit with experience in ACC/BIM360.
• Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction processes and keen attention to detail.
• Project Experience: A project portfolio consisting of large‑scale ($100M+) construction projects such as High‑rise Apartments, Education, Mixed‑use Commercial, Health or Datacentres.
• Tech‑Savvy: Experience with point cloud/Recap/Navisworks is advantageous.
• Experienced Professional: 5–10 years’ experience in drafting or architectural roles.
• Collaborative Team Player: Strong ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem‑Solver: Proactive in identifying and resolving design and construction challenges.
• Detail‑Oriented Professional: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all deliverables.
