Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Revit Interior Designer to contribute to hospitality projects in Sydney. You will join a multidisciplinary studio that values technical excellence, clear communication and collaborative delivery in a supportive environment.

You will produce buildable documentation across design and construction phases, coordinate with project leaders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards. A degree in interior design or related field is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Minimum 4 years of local interior documentation experience.
• Solid understanding of interior construction, detailing and joinery.
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle (design, coordination, documentation, construction).
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, high‑quality design outcomes across all project stages focused on hospitality and commercial interiors.
• Collaborate with designers and project leads to translate concepts into buildable documentation.
• Assist in project coordination and technical detailing per industry standards and codes.
• Ensure documentation is delivered on time and aligns with client expectations and milestones.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers and contractors to support documentation accuracy.
